Boba and Jango had different, unique experiences. After approx. 26 years of NOT hanging around his father, I'm certain his voice would sound different from his father (when he was Boba's age).

I knew identical twins in high school who sounded totally alike. One went to college, the other builds awnings. Now, by their late-20s, they sound totally different.
