Hey who did Jar Jar's new voice again? The lower class British accent version? The more I hear it the more I like it, and I think rerecording it could be very simple. The problems I'm hearing now I think are because the mic line is too high, so its catching the hum of the computer and what-not. the mic recording level needs to be greatly diminished and actor proximity increased. I think we'll get a clean recording that way. I'm sorry if this was already discussed, but whoever our Jar Jar is, try getting together a sample with the recording level down and closer proximity.

And alright Josh....MAAAAYBE I'll break out the cantina scene for you guys, but this week's been my first chance to give much more than a passing glance at the edit. Maybe I'll snag it for you.

We're in desperate need for some ambient noise in some of the indoor coruscant scenes. The trouble I'm having is I don't know where I could get a decent aeriel traffic loop for a sci fi movie. I was thinking the fifth element, but I don't have it on dvd, anyone have access to the isolated rear channels of the fifth element during some of the outdoor traffic scenes for an ambient loop?
