Maybe not "greenish" like this, but the overall smoginess.

Those would make lovely elements for the Courscant industrial area, Geonosis droid foundaries and even a Clone War battlezone but it doesn't really fit in the Cloud City design ethic (the City seems to have been built all in one go and serve one purpose which doesn't seem to require this sort of gritty environment, even the Carbon Freezing Chamber which is the nearest we see to heavy industrial has a certain design aesthetic panache to it).

Maybe you should plop them down in the Prequel Redux Thread too.
