Back to the torrents for me, then. I have the 2004 DVDs, but joining this forum has really got me into obtaining the original original trilogy. Good thing my DVD player can play Xvid/DivX/AVI files burned right on a disc without converting of any kind. :)
Besides, I like spotting the differences. It can be fun. Not to ramble on here, but SPIKE aired Return of the Jedi last night and I tried to figure out which version they were airing. I figured out it was the 2004 version when I saw that Anakin had his eyebrows erased.
(And I almost never call it "A New Hope". It's usually just "Star Wars" for me. Was the "A New Hope" subtitle made up in '81?)
