Couple of years late in the reply, but hell no! Personally, I think Jimi's version of All Along the Watchtower is way over rated, and it makes my head hurt when I listen to it. Dylan's version on the other hand is by far one of the greatest bits of song every recorded. And John Wesley Harding is a pretty sweet album.
