I made a really crude mock up video where I cut out the swipe and added a really bad photoshop still with force push sound effect. yeah I can't say that that would work. I think Luke falling into the carbonite chamber is his due to his lack of experience. as well, he needs to mind his surroundings... or he prepares to fall in and do so just to let vader think he has the upper hand. either way, it's the swipe that Vader takes that looks goofy imo. If he's not trying to kill him then ok, but it's just so... kaiju.
