Well, I thought making it more gory would help, but that would require a completely new CGI-scene... I'm not sure if or when I find enough time to do that.

Yeah I can't imagine how much work that would be.

My only idea in helping this scene out is to end it on her eyes burning up, but I feel like it needs an ending, a payoff. Maybe if I use some color correction tricks to go to a white flash or soemthing? I just don't like her turning into CG dust and floating upwards. Any ideas on this?
