Okay this is going to be a killer thread!

**BESIDES STAR WARS** what movie would you most like to see on the DVD format?

for myself it would have to be a rather cheesy film but a part of my childhood none the less...
the movie is called "Cloak and Dagger"
Its basically a dated version of Spy Kids
a kid (the kid from ET, cant remember his name) has an atari game that has secret plans on it and some thugs are after him for it...
I would absolutly love to see this movie come to the format of DVD...
its always the movies that did really bad which are the real popular ones years after...

Judgement at Nurember the orginal version not the tv mini series remake. It is the only movie on my top 20 movie list(see top 20 greatest movie thread) that is not already on dvd or coming soon to dvd. Why I don't know. It is great movie with great acting. Greatest court room drama in movie history if you ask me.

I'd like to see the Captain America movies done in the 70's on DVD. They were low budget movies, but I still liked them. Also, the classic Superman serials starring Kirk Alyn would be a great addition to my collection.

Luke, I loved Cloak and Dagger. That was a great movie. Dabney Coleman was so cool in it.

Okay, my dream DVD would be a Special Edition of Billy Crystal's 61*. I would love to see archival footage of baseball games that may have been taped from the era. I would love radio recordings of the season. Maybe a way to view copies of newspaper articles from the era. I would love to have commentary from the Maris family about the movie. There was so much that I'm sure Crystal had to leave out of that film for sake of time that there must be deleted scenes. Maybe even a virtual tour of the area of the Baseball Hall of Fame that deals with Maris and Mantle.

Also, I would like the sixth season of Sex and the City to have all three versions of the final episode that were filmed. Saw the final episode last night and it was great.

Maybe it's unknown outside of the two of us. Actually three since my brother used to watch it with me. Loved that flick and Russkies.

No, I too thought Cloak & Dagger was fun. Nice little underrated family film that plays on the Peter Pan dichotomy and the innate desire to worship our parents.

Princess Leia: I happen to like nice men.
Han Solo: I'm a nice man.

That it did. And very well, I might add.

I remember that game. I kept hoping for some secret code to come up in it.

How cool would it be for a movie that had a game come out for it on, say, the old Ataris or Colecovisions to release emulator versions of the game as a DVD-ROM special feature on the DVD?

Would've loved it if they could've done that for the Big Trouble in Little China game. There are screenshots on the DVD, but nothing more *sigh*.

Kinda like what Russkies is. Peter Billingsley and a young Joaquin Phoenix (then known as Leaf Phoenix) and two others who come across a Russian submarine sailor who is stranded in Miami. They befriend him and keep him safe until people discover he is there and come after him. Cheesy but so much fun. Whip Hubley from Top Gun stars as the Russian Mischa.

You knew that Whip Hubley is Kurt Russell's stepson, right? I believe the BTILC game was for the Commodore 64; the screenshots are at the end of the DVD production credits.

Oh thank god. Here I thought I was weird for not getting much out of it. Liked the ending, but the entire movie leading up to it was pretty damn painful. I caught it on cable a little over a month ago.
