I'm not seeing any flicker; just a jumpy picture at times and quiet sound.

Question for you: in TSMuxer when it comes to demuxing the video, there are the choices "Add picture timing info" and "Continually insert SPS/PPS". These were both checked by default when I demuxed the video. Would it make any difference if I unchecked one or both of them?
