I've quickly removed those 14 offending frames, cutting Luke out with an Animatte in Avid. I'm pretty happy with how Luke reacts to the door now rather than standing there for that little bit extra.

YouTubes low quality does mask the dodgy outline around Luke and the door and also the flash colour change on Lukes getup. But all could be taken care of at full res.
