Lightsabre colour is not an issue for these films as Luke has either a blue or green sabre and Vader has a red one (or a pink one on the DVD versions) it's only an issue for discussion in relation to the prequels and there it's up to whatever the editors want to do with their edits (there are a lot of different projects and some people may want to change them and others may want to keep them the same).
