I just feel that the way Ian delivers some of his lines in Jedi he talks to fast. In most of the scenes he's Luke he's fine but in earlier scenes he doesn't have the slowness that I would usually associate with the emperor's voice. Lines like "I feel that you wish to continue your search for Young Skywalker" just don't sound right to me. Compare that to the end of ROTS or the SE holo convo and you'll see what I mean.

And P.S. I actually do think the emperor's "voices" in ROTS are cool but just as part of his transformation.
