EDIT: I've noticed that ROTS doesn't have the same color issues as AOTC as far as looking too "cool" or "digital". I've actually been using ROTS as a reference in color corrected some locations such as the Jedi council chamber. And as for Vaderios, EVERYTHING doesn't have to be gray. Padme's bedroom shouldn't look like the Death Star interior.
