Is a very long shot from away. and the camera is too static. Maybe a part of it if there is a way to make it clean :P

 THIS is a fantastic idea, I absolutely love this. Please do this Adywan.

I think Jedi is going to take 3 times longer to do than the other two. Every matte shot in that film looks like garbage and just rips me out of the film nowadays. Especially that one with Lando and Han...ugh

But this shot of actually being able to see the death satr and battle is a sweet idea

Also I chanced the light direction to match with the follow shot.

In the second pic you can see that I altered the surface with an incomplete one and the ship is going little deeper in the star.

3d pic, I thought after a massive ship fall into the death star a cool thing is a big piece to fly apart (like in TPM,trade federation battleship)so the damage will be more fatal ( one SSD down - agood hit to DS)

Another majorly cool idea and definitely needed. That shot of it going into the Death Star has always looked weak. And if you could incororate the idea by Vaderioos in my previous post it would make more sense.

Ive always been bothered by it falling in the first place. How does an Awing going into the Bridge make the whole Stardestroyer not work anymore? But thats another issue.

24. Cut the Rancor Keeper's mourning.

38. Have Fett shoot at the Sarlacc as he falls into it. Axia Euxines opinion : would never go down without fighting, this is a great idea
39. Add a shot of Fett crawling/flying out of the Sarlacc. Axia Euxines opinion : MY EU loving self loves this idea but I already read a lengthy discussion about how difficult this would be
40. Fix it so Luke actually kicks the guard while Fett flies out of control in the background. Axia Euxines opinion : yeah, thats
41. Restore Han's "Trust me" line.
42. Make it so Luke doesn't have his hand straight up in the air to get shot.
43. Remove Luke's hand damage from before he gets shot.
44. Attempt to restore the deleted Sandstorm scene and remove the ship-to-ship conversation. Axia Euxines opinion : That would be great but does that footage even exist in its entirety? How would you handle the music cues on that. The whole Battle of the skiff piece is awesome and the end would have to be changed if the sandstrom sequence was restored.

Dagobah:

1. "Cantina"-ize Yoda. Axia Euxines opinion : already being done on Empire and it looks brilliant, this is a no brainer.
2. Do something about Yoda's obvious rubber hand during his death scene.
3. Tweak/cut Yoda's disappearance.
4. Recolor the blue Force Ghosts to prevent confusion with blue holograms.
5. No Luke/Leia relation. Axia Euxines opinion : absolutely 1100% NO, they are brother and sister.

Rebel Fleet:

1. Recut Rebel Briefing.
2. Shorten/cut the huggy Luke and Co. reunion ("I'm with you too" and on).
3. Different Shuttle Class for Tydyrium.
4. Replace/enhance matte painting of Rebel docking bay. Axia Euxines opinion : OMG yes, that whole shot looks like crap. replace the whole matte painting, have a Bwing take off in the establishing shot or something.

Forest Moon of Endor:

1. Add Endor so that the Forest Moon is actually a moon of something. Axia Euxines opinion : NO, in the novelisation it clearly states that the planet was destroyed or lost somehow.
2. Change Ewoks to Wookiees. Axia Euxines opinion : I wish but not only is it too much work, they arent on Kashyyk
3. Complete removal of Ewoks. Axia Euxines opinion : I wish but then the movie would be signifigantly shorter and feel odd
4. "Cantina"-ize the Ewoks. Axia Euxines opinion : Definitely
5. Add 3PO's line "I believe they are called... Ewoks" from the Radio Drama. Axia Euxines opinion : very nice idea
6. Stabilize the speeder bikes during the chase. Axia Euxines opinion : that whole sequence needs to look better
7. Adjust the scene so it looks like the Scout pushes Luke off of his speeder bike.
8. Do something with Leia remembering her mother, her real mother.
9. Change Vader's line of "Obi-wan once thought as you do" to "Your mother once thought as you do". Axia Euxines opinion : Ady, I know you loathe and despise the prequels but this would add such a full circle moment to the saga and is a FANTASTIC idea.
10. Cut Teebo's Speeder Bike Adventure.
11. Add more Imperial laser fire as the Ewoks attack. Axia Euxines opinion : yes
12. Add AT-AT to ground battle. Axia Euxines opinion : wouldnt one or two footsteps just end the ground battle?
13. Change AT-ST windows to match the windows in ESB.
14. Cut Chewie's Tarzan yell. Axia Euxines opinion : yes please
15. Enhance AT-ST explosion that is crushed between the two logs.
16. Enhance AT-ST explosion that is shot by Chewie's AT-ST.
17. Remove Harrison Ford's reflection from safety glass as he runs from the bunker. Axia Euxines opinion : seriously
18. The shield generator explosion is huge and looks like it would probably wipe out everyone in the area. Axia Euxines opinion : I always felt that the generator itself was far away from the back entrance. The Ewok did say it was on the other side of the ridge. Maybe they had been running out of the Shield generator for a while before finally getting to and out of the secret entrance.
    

Death Star Attack:

1. Rebel fighters crashing into the DS shield. Axia Euxines opinion : nice
2. More fighters overall (B-wings and A-wings especially). Axia Euxines opinion : yeah where do the B-wings go after the opening shot? Always bothered me
3. Fix garbage spots in "one of the battle shots" where ships were not added.
4. Just before Lando says "Yes, I said closer", some of the background ships don't tilt with the rest of the shot.
5. Remove green matte boxes around ships.
6. Remove/replace some of the copy/paste capital ships.
7. Add more laser fire as the capital ships should be pounding on one another (a la the RotS opening). Axia Euxines opinion : oh yeah, oh yeah, SO needed
8. Add shots of Rebel capital ships attacking the surface of the DS (storyboard)
9. Better end to the Executor.
   
10. Add shots of the gunner stations on the DS (from ANH).
11. Redub the Rebel pilot line: "Copy, Gold Leader".
12. Kill Lando, blow up the Falcon. Justify Han's feeling like he's "never going to see her again." Axia Euxines opinion : Have you lost your minds!?? :D no no no no no no no
13. Remove ring from DS explosion.

Death Star Interior - Luke/Vader Duel:

1. Replace/enhance cardboard troopers during the Emperor's arrival. Axia Euxines opinion : yes please
2. Replace the Emperor's advisers with Nemoidians. Axia Euxines opinion : another Fantastic idea that I know ADY wont incorporate
3. Fix the Emperor's "slugs". Axia Euxines opinion : If you only do one edit to all of Jedi make it this one
4. Move the exterior battle closer to the Throne Room window as it should be (a la the RotS opening). Axia Euxines opinion : Oh yes
5. Remove/soften the more obvious lightsaber blade shadows. Axia Euxines opinion : yes
6. Fix large black matte that covers half the screen when Vader is kicked down the stars.
7. Fix Vader's blade coming out the wrong end of his saber as he throws it to cut the catwalk.
8. Remove Luke's lightsaber from Vader's hand while Luke is hiding. Axia Euxines opinion : yes, very distracting
9. Edit Vader's dialog to hiding Luke to remove some cheesy lines. Axia Euxines opinion : the dialog is fine as is.
10. Add Luke pulling his lightsaber out of Vader's hand after he is done hiding. Axia Euxines opinion : would be cool but easier to remove it from Vader's hand to begin with me thinks
11. Add Sith eyes while Luke is beating Vader. Axia Euxines opinion : Might be fun but Vader didnt get those until he chopped up younglings and beat down the Separtists leaders, I dont think Luke would get them that quick
12. Cut some of Luke's angry hits on Vader while he's down.
13. Add more Sith Lightning.
14. Tighten up Vader's hesitation to save Luke from the Emperor.
15. Add Qui Gon voiceover to Vader's hesitation to imply that Qui Gon passes his secrets of Jedi Ghosthood to Anakin.
16. Add flashbacks to Vader's hesitation of Padme, his mother, Qui Gon, etc.
17. Fix saber on/off issues.
18. Restore Sebastian Shaw's eyebrows to the unmasking scene. Axia Euxines opinion : NO
19. Fix the transition from Sebastian Shaw's face to the bald cap he wears.

Ending:

1. Fix Luke's lazy eye as he looks at the funeral pyre.
2. Add Leia viewing the funeral pyre.
3. Remove SE celebrations. Axia Euxines opinion : NO
4. Restore pre-2004 buildings to the background of the Coruscant celebration. Axia Euxines opinion : NO
5. Remove the "Weesa free!" line from the Naboo celebration.
6. Restore Yub Nub. Axia Euxines opinion : NO, SE music is SOOO much better
7. Restore Sebastian Shaw as Anakin's Force Ghost.
8. Attempt to morph Shaw and Christensen into the Anakin Force Ghost. Axia Euxines opinion : have Christensen show up first then fade into Shaw
9. Add other Jedi from the prequels appearing next to Obi-wan, Yoda, and Anakin.

Vader is like the Thief near Jesus Crucifixion. He made a lot in his past life but always at the end when the forgiveness is coming Mr V is finally redeemed and finally free from Palpatine's leash.

For some reasoni think silly that the Empire do the same mistake twice in the death star matter. First a small exaust port and then from a hole a bunch of fighters hop into it. I mean Death star II, yes is incomplete ( but operational) at least it should have more defence to small fighters. So a cool adition is that the fighters-millenium falcon hits/brakes a small part of the surface to enter in.

So if I'm reading this right, you like the 2004 version with some minor tweaks.  Good luck, because Ady says he thinks RotJ is almost as bad as the prequels.  Now, I'm not going to defend a lot of things on the list I compiled, but after watching RotJ a few weeks ago, I was disappointed as its an average ending to the OT and a terrible ending for the whole saga.  I'm hoping Ady can make it better at being both, but its going to take a lot.

Seriously? You like that song, and how Joh Yowza (or whatever) comes right up to the camera, sprays spittle on it, and shows off his uvula? That right there is the biggest reason the 2004 version of Jedi NEVER touches my DVD player.

Oooh, just thinking about that scene makes me mad.

^Yeah, I'm not exactly crazy about it either. Especially the goofy uvula. It's like they were trying to insert a music video into the movie.

Vaderios, may I just say that your mockups are amazing! I'm particularly intrigued by the interior DSII shot with the space battle up-close and personal. Awesome idea; I really hope Ady chooses to implement it. :)

Image 1-2: The Tantive like ship is going back instead of forward and it brakes the scale.

Image 3: Transparency to Luke's arm.

Image 4: Bad Compositing.

Image 5: If Lightsabers indeed cast shadows,at least they can wait when they are lighted up. Shadow on the wall.

Image 6: Vader's saber is unrotoscoped because is supposed to be off.

Image 7: Bad Cutouts/Masks to explosions.

Image 8: Misaligned Glows/ Transparency.
