This reminds me of an old joke:


Somewhere in 1950s USSR decided to replace punishments with rewards, to show how humane and forgiving communism is.
-So for the lesser crimes you could win III-class prize: few years stay in the prison where Lenin was once held. (think of the educational value! )
-For serious offences you got II-class prize: a full tour (with a guide) with a theme "Famous places in Syberia toured by Lenin".
-The capital punishment was replaced with I-class prize: personal meeting with Lenin!





for those who skipped history lessons: Lenin died in 1924
