There is a Bootleg in Germany, wich may contain interresting footage for the project. Unfortunately there seem only exist 100 Copies of it, and it is announced to contain 12 DVDs, so IF it would be found somewhere, it would be somebit extremely expensive. The set conatins:

DVD12: Evil Dead Regeneration (PC DVD-Rom Game)

I hate the fact, that this boot contains more (maybe better, who knows..) stuff than any german official releases alltogether. And more I hate the fact, that it will be even more expensive, becuase first off al not every buyer knows that this is a Boot, and it is extremely rare... :(

But it seems contain some interresting content...
