So, in the NTSC Blu-Ray set, does it say "Matrix" or "The Matrix"? Just curious, I'd like to know before I decide to buy it.

I guess the proper way of saying "NTSC Blu-Ray set" should be "North American US Region A Blu-Ray set," since in the HD realm NTSC/PAL no longer exist.
