The thing I get a kick out of is the camera shake. That makes a massive difference. Watch the guys flinging themselves around with no shake and it just looks funny now. It's almost like they meant to do a camera shake and forgot.

Another big difference is when they're going into the asteroid and Leia is saying "what looks pretty good?" Look at the top windows in the cockpit in the original version. It's almost like the windows are greasy and it's making the blue tint more evident. Ady's is cleaned up nicely. :)

you haven't seen the new clip then. thats the old one you mention which was only colour corrected. This one is a different scene and every FX shot is new. The new one i posted up here^^^^^^^^
