You really do need another provider, it seems. That's incredibly restrictive, especially if you're paying for a decent plan. I bet they're going to lose a lot of customers.

yeh. they actually didn't even announce what they were doing which many were annoyed about. people started complaining about severely low speeds and the customer support just said it was a problem with their line. It was only when one of the ISP's resellers, who i am with, leaked out the memo from my ISP that things came to light. lots of people are leaving for other isps its just that we don't have a great choice in the UK of who i could go with. I've been with many, double figures now, in the past few years and i'd hoped these would have remained as good as they use to be, what a great new years gift this was. :(
