For me there is a tie between Aayla Secura and Cammie.
Leia is overhyped. I like her "sassy" style, leadership and markmanship
traits, but when it comes to looks.... sorry, no votes here.So is Padme. Natalie was so natural in "Leon", but Star Wars Prequels are the showpiece of "stiff" (read: bad) acting... even C-3PO is more human.
Now: who has pics of the two women (one brune, one blonde IIRC) who were comms controlers on Hoth? When I finally get Trilogy on DVDs I'll be able to check out the blonde, she may be a good candidate, too.
EDIT: and the girl who plays Bail Organa's aid in Ep3 is also not my cup of tea, sorry - I'm just too picky.
