One huge issue that has stopped me from doing an edit of Superman II has been the fact that I have zero knowledge on creating DD5.1 in Adobe Premier (can it even be done?)

So I decided to come to the conclusion of just doing a version in stereo but even at this early stage the pangs of Dolby are beginning to hit me and I'd love to do it in all it's surround sound glory.

How do you guys do it? I'v had a look at Vegas but it just seems slow and cumbersome compared to my editing package of choice (Premier). Is there a way to do it in Premier?
