has anyone seen infodroids Temple of Doom edit? if you havnt he basically begins the film in the indian jungles, and inserts everything prior to that in flashback form after they reach pankot palace.

could the same be done with TPM perhaps? with the film opening with the naboo cruiser running the blockade? the opening music from ANH could be used pretty nicely perhaps?

if that were too similar to ANH, perhaps it could be opened from when qui gon is leaving for mos espa, but perhaps a more drawn out, more ominous opening with mysterious music with an aproaching figure shimmering on a baked tatooine horizon? id like to see the phantom menace recreated into a stand alone film, as if it were made first and the others were sequels (and maybe its just called star wars....*prepares ones self for projectile rotten fruit*)
