Don't worry, Adyway has seen all this, and has taken them into consideration.

That's why you would extend the shot and use Computer FX to continue to slowly move the Executor as the Lambda played out. That way you don't have to mess with the timing of the Lambda unfolding or whatnot.

Also, if the original Needa SD is going to be kept, it needs to be darkened and worked on in a major way to fit with the rest of the shot (notice the difference in light sources between the Executor and sister SD and the brightly lit underbelly of Needa's SD). You would also need to create a little bit of the area on the upper left (the rear of the hanger), as the SD would continue to slowly move to the right as the shuttle deploys.
