Monroville - back on page 108 of this thread, amongst a host of for fun speculations / suggestions, was a mock-up showing how Adywan could perhaps use the 'overhead' Stardestroyer element from the start of 'JEDI' somewhere. The reason for doing a mock-up with it, was because Adywan hadn't clarified if he was discarding that particular element at the start of his proposed 'JEDI:Revisited' beginning, or not.... It seems he is planning a (quite logical) new beginning that shows Vader aboard his 'Executor' Superstardestroyer instead!

If the 'overhead' Stardestroyer shot is still kept, then great ( or he may be re-colouring / adjusting it to seem like the 'Executor', I don't know), but if not, then I really hope it is used somewhere else, as it's such a great effects shot.

Although I liked your mock-up using it, it's quite a long and majestic shot, and far longer than the scene of Captain Needa's shuttle. I'd far rather see it used in the Hoth battle if it's being left out of 'JEDI'.

Like Kurgan and Hotrod, I too wonder why the 'zippy' one needs replaced though.... Perhaps Adywan just likes the look of it better.
