Hi guys - first, thanks for this Ady - cant wait to see it!

Second, please could someone help me? - I cant get the hang of the PAR 2 repack files!

I looked it up on google and confused myself - I downloaded Quickpar and ran that: it said that everything was OK, but the RAR files still only added up to 7.86gig

After that, all the files disappeared! (doh!) - so I'm re-downloading everything.

How do I extract the rars and pars together to get the 8.35gig ISO file at the end?

Thanks in advance

*EDIT* - I found a tutorial on the quickpar site - I'll give that a go!

the rar files shouldn't have disappeared after using quickpar to check them. The par files are only there to check that all files have downloaded correctly and to repair any files if necessary. You don't need to try and unpack them. The ISO file is under 8.35GB and packed up the ISO does only report as 7.86Gb. After quickpar reported that everything was ok al you needed to do was unpack the rar files to get the ISO & mds files

Adywan.

just another technical question:

Did you use ImgBurn to create the ISO-file?

If so, did you have to specify a layerbreak-point in ImgBurn? When I want to create an image of a normal DVD, I have to specify where the layerbreak shall be but when I create a image as UDF ImgBurn doesn't ask for the layerbreak-point.

I deleted your image after burning and I'd like to create a new image...

No, imgburn did that automatically. If you want to create a new image from the disc you burned just use the "create image file from disc" function in imgburn. It will make a 1:1 copy to an iso with the layer break intact

Iam prepared to upload a torrent of this.

If someone wants to upload to Demonoid I will upload to mininova or pirate bay.

It makes no sense to have duplicate material on one site

I have a slow connection so its going to take a while.

How about using 7z to highly compress the iso before uploading?

I'm doing exactly that right now before I upload it.

I am in as a full uploader and will help maggot_brain seed for a few months

I dontt have a fast upload speed as I live in Australia so we need those that have this with  fast upload speeds to help get this out faster.

Thanks for the torrent! I've got to download the files, but once I've got them, I'll seed basically indefinitely (albeit with a slow upload thanks to my torrent-throttling ISP).

I'm going to use bitTorrent. Should I skip the hash check?

Torrents hash check each piece as it's downloaded, so you don't need to worry about it.
