Is there a discernible difference in the 14gb file in picture quality?

The picture is pretty much the same quality, but of course the larger one will have the edge due to double the bitrate. But the 14gb version won't be posted until next weekend. But don't download the files already posted. Await the repack coming shortly. There was a problem with the audio which i didn't notice until after i had begun the post. The one to get will be started later today
