I like Star Wars the best, and I don't have a strong preference between ESB and ROTJ; and I like both of them nearly as much as Star Wars.
Then in order of preference: TPM, ROTS, and AOTC.
I rate movies based on how much I enjoy them; not on technical merits; which are irrelevant in my opinion.
