Okay, I guess it's time for my 2-cents:

ESB:

Ady's pretty much doing what I would like to see, but here are a few other things to consider:

(1) the addition of AT-ST and snowtroopers around the feet of the AT-ATs, ala what the Nazis did during their blitzkrieg attacks (the troops always grouped around the tanks to use them as cover)

a) when the rebel officer looks through his binocs at the AT-ATs for the first time, maybe include a line of snowtroopers around the feet before he looks up.

b) add some snowtroopers and AT-STs around the bottom of the screen firing smaller laser bolts during the profile side shot battle scenes of the AT-ATs. (it would also mean adding some AT-STs and snowtroopers on the ground during the Snowspeeder POV shots - of course, the troopers would be mere dots but you get the idea)

c) maybe take some of the ROTJ AT-ST shots, replace the background and change the windows (the original AT-STs had a single, thin red window ala the AT-ATs; in ROTJ they have 2 propped-up windows) and have some quick shots of them shooting with the following shot showing rebels getting blown up.

d) add some AT-STs during the "routing of the rebels" scene, so you have AT-STs and AT-ATs firing on the fleeing rebel troops.

ROTJ:
keep TAPTI-NEK and the NUB-NUB song. While NUB NUB may be goofy, that was the original and all. Also, just delete the celebration around the world garbage. It would take awhile for the galaxy to be free of the emperor, much less find out about it. Keep the celebration on Endor.

Have Luke's eyes go Sith, or do something to justify Luke overpowering Vader. Vader was shown to be too damn strong to be overpowered so easily, finished Jedi training or not.

See if you can change the AT-ST windows in ROTJ to match the single red window ala the AT-ATs. The propped-up windows make them look cheap.
