Just watched your new clip and it is impressive indeed! A few points to consider though:

(1) please make sure to make the MF's engines blue in color. In a lot of the asteroid sequences the engines are white (I'm sure this will be fixed along with the blue-to-grey TIEs after the color correction).

a) also consider modifying the star fields ala ANH as well. It seems as the star field outside the MF windows and other FX shots either don't move very much to suggest movement or the star fields are enemic.
b) PLEASE keep the rotating star field at the end when the MF makes the jump to HS.

(2) in regards to the probe droid landing sequence referenced earlier (with photos), maybe you could edit it in such a way as to negate the repeat landing explosion scenes. For example, you could edit it as such:

a) probe pod is shown heading towards Hoth (maybe push Hoth further away from camera to give time for next shot to happen)
b) cut to overhead of Luke on Taun-Taun running across landscape
c) he looks through macro-binocs and sees the pod landing explosion. You could extend the more distant landing shot to show the probot briefly exiting the smoke, thus negating the first probot scene. It could also add a WTF? shock moment for the audience since it would also mean a smaller/more distant and quicker glimpse of the probot.
d) everything then carries on as normal, with Luke mentioning he's going to check it out and gets womped by the Wampa.
e) you will probably want to edit out the "footprints" as seen in the earlier screen caps too.

One last note: should the MF be so yellowish? In ANH, it had more of a grey/white cast - during the asteroid sequence the MF looked light brown.
