how hard is it to get your own parts, and put together a computer, or go to

a smaller retailer that makes systems????

i've been putting together systems since the 8088 came out, and only recently

with all the changes in computers, am now getting back into it..

its not that hard to avoid VISTA..... did you even try to look around?

(and you could always get a computer with LINUX if you wanted)..
