besides the special effects, what else was 'landmark' about it?

the first one is the landmark, all the others were just rehashing

the same plot with a lesser, more confusing story that retroactively

changes the story to a much weaker storyline..

and on top of that, they refuse to stop confusing things, now with

a tv show, and a fourth movie....ughhhhhhhhhh... just like aliens

deteriorated into straight-to-video (or it should have)..

the terminator franchise is being killed off, and it started with the weak plot from the 2nd movie..
