Obviously, both the new Star Trek and The Phantom Menace have in common the fact that they are both prequels to two separate much loved sci-fi franchises. So it is not like they don't have anything in common. It is natural to compare them, as it seems Star Trek is following Star Wars example by going back to the beginning rather than exploring further into the future.

I sympathize with the fact that people speaking negatively about the PT bugs the crap out of you. You can go around ordering people to shut the fuck up all you like (something you and your wife seem to have a bad habit of), but the result of doing so is just going to make people dislike you, and you can bet their feelings against the PT will persist.

Maybe instead of telling everyone to SuckTheFuckUp, you should GetTheFuckOverIt. Perhaps you are taking the internet too seriously? Maybe some time away from the computer screen would do you good.

Seriously, don't let things get to you so much. You'll live longer.
