Dealing with sensitive and complex issues is quite different from handling them.

Having interviewed lots of potential employees over the last couple years and watched the results of my choices and my supervisor's choices, I can say unequivocally that I'll take the candidate with less experience and more passion.

I don't want a "been there, done that" attitude. I want fresh thinking and new ideas. Is Obama's lack of experience a risk factor? Yes. But a person's resume is one part of their potential.

Another key attribute of a leader is the ability to pick the right team. McCain has surrounded himself with lobbyists and all sorts of corrupt Washington scum, and the negative turn in his campaigning reflects that. Obama has surrounded himself with genuinely smart people, his message has stayed mostly positive, and he'll carry that intelligence and positivity with him to the White House.
