HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHA!!!  Yeah, 'cause there was NO way that new ones could have been installed at a later time.  Strange that my Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary (circa 1998) made no mention of Artoo's non-functional rockets, even though this book bills itself as "From the Lucasfilms Archives; New Definitive Guide". :^?

I'm SOOO glad I stopped buying this crap that is constantly changing.
