All of the other actors saw it for what it was and did their bit for free - Billy Dee spared an hour or so, so did Carrie. Mark could have too - I doubt his shedule is *that* full. The fat that he's trying to distance himself from SW but would talk about it for £50k cheapens him - and i'm not talking in a monetary sense.
