I've seen DVD_TV for True Lies. I don't know if it's really the widescreen cut they show or if it's fullscreen cropped (and I'm pretty sure it wasn't uncut, but I could be wrong, I didn't watch the whole thing).

The top bar is traditional black, and the bottom bar is purple with the text on it. Could easily be replicated using simple subtitles over an official DVD. They don't show any other DVD bonus features like FX does, just the text commentaries.

Didn't know they had one for Terminator, I thought they just text-ified commentary from DVDs, but Terminator didn't have any (unless the OOP SE did).
