Not since Luke Skywalker first stepped aboard the Millennium Falcon has the galaxy seemed like such a vast, exciting, dangerous place!See, they had to take the series that far out in order for people to accept that they wouldn't see Luke, Han, or Leia.
Isn't that pretty much the same plot of the prequels? And we know how well that turned out.
