There was new legitimate making-of content (but still not the deleted scenes that they have squirreled away).

Although it was shoe-horned onto fewer discs, reviews say that the compression was done better and the image was slightly sharper in places.

It wasn't a leaps and bounds improvement over the previous box, but it was an improvement.

Presented in their original 2.35:1 aspect ratios and enhanced for 16:9 displays, all three Indiana Jones films look terrific from start to finish. Please note that these appear to be the exact same transfers as those found on the 2003 boxed set...so don't expect "new and improved" and you won't be disappointed

There has been no re-restoration here; these are the exact same discs that were released way back when.

Since I made the comment about the new bonus features being promotional material for the new movie, ok I was embelishing, but I say that because it felt that way when half of the features (again embelishing) have Steven, George and the cast of Skulls sitting around on the set of Skulls talking about Indiana Jones.

But your right there are new legitimate features. Stuff I'm guessing didn't fit on the 1 disc that came in the '03 set. But never let the truth get in the way of a good complaint.

Also the menu screens are exactly the same, one thing I was hoping they would change.

edit: regarding the wall of text above me: simply don't buy it as most people won't. That will send the message louder and clearer than a small group of fans sending angry letters etc.
