I worry that it will be the final nail in the coffin, some are optimistic it will be a new rebirth for Trek.

I have read several reports of retconning the original series and destroying the continuity roddenberry created to create a JJ verse.

I found the Later seasons of Lost and Alias to be absolutely horrible soap drama level crap, with all the so called plot twists.

That godzilla thing (Cloverfield) was the biggest Turd ever released i cannot believe they are making a sequel.

Also the script writers wrote Transformers so i cannot be too optimistic thinking the script will have bad Jokes like Bumblebee peeing on the guy.
