The 2 Darth Bane books are also pretty good.

Seems that for a story not to suck it needs to be written by someone other than George Lucas.

Too bad the Legacy novels actually borrow the self same bad ideas as Lucas prequels.

Whenever i go to the bookstore these days i ovoid Del Rey's Lucasbooks line like the black plague.

Lucas ruining of the movies actually had a trickle down effect to even destroying the EU, a place where some fans found solace after the lackluster prequels.

Despite how well written and reviewed they are the future series comics featuring a Cade Skywalker i could care less about, since Del Rey already ruined the classic characters by making them act not like themselves.

Seriously How could you wreck the character of Luke and kill off Mara, the people running the show must be monkeys.

They effectively made her a useless character and a ball and chain to Luke where people were just begging for her to be bumped off.

That is not Zahn's character headstrong and resourceful were her traits.
