The first ad for CW I saw was last night. I was actually watching The CW when the ad came on. Other than that, I haven't seen a single ad for The Clone Wars at all. I don't think I've even seen any posters or billboards around for it either.
It wouldn't surprise me if CW was able to dethrone TDK this weekend. TDK's weekend gross has been falling pretty steadily. It might drop to as low as 20 million this weekend (it was 26 mil last weekend). All CW has to do is beat that. Does that make it a winner though? Not necessarily. If it premieres at #1 and then drops quickly, that'll be a sure sign people didn't like it.
Just look at X-Files. It premiered at #4 and then dropped to #9. It's not even in the top 10 after its third week of release. That's pretty sad for a movie with a $30 million budget.
