I think you misunderstood my attempt at humor. I'm certainly not accusing you of stealing their ideas. I'm saying you should use the prologue (or re-create it). The prologue is awesome, and it would be a shame to not use it in some way.

If you take this over, I know it will have your own "stamp" on it. But I don't think it will be seen as stealing if you decide to use any clips that ID and TJ have already made. After all, they've offered the stuff up for anyone who wants to use it.
