It looked better in our heads though. It's like a painter imagining the perfect portrait, but instead of paint, he only has sand and rocks and acorns to work with. He does the best he can to make the closest approximation, but it will never be the painting he sees in his head...and besides, no one wants to hang a collection of sand and rocks above their fireplace.
That is our dilemma... A tragedy of Shakespearean magnitude.
