Every one who has seen The Dark Knight in the US has seen the trailer for the new Terminator movie. What do you all think?

I am excited about it just based on the fact that it is staring Christian Bale (who looks a lot more like a grown up Eddie Furlong than the guy that played in T-3 did) and that it is set during the future war against the machines.

This is exactly what I would have liked T-3 to have been (I hate T-3 with a passion). My ideal T-3 would have skipped ahead to the grown up John Connor and ended with him sending Kyle Reese into the past to defend his mother. It could have been a cool way to tie up the trilogy, making it come full circle, ending right where it began. From any information I have read about T-4, it doesn't sound like it will be anything like this though.

I doubt Terminator Salvation will be on par with the first two, but I am still much more excited about this than I was with T-3 after seeing the trailer.
