Why not try and merge the Empire of Dreams crawl with a mirror crawl created by yourself? Like take the Empire of Dreams one, and then when that ends, seamlessly branch in a re-creation.
As for not making one? I know that the editdroid team made a very good crawl, although the letterbox might be a problem.
