Are you talking about the Command Melody? No, I haven't. It wasn't necessary when getting Medli to go to the Earth Temple, and the walkthrough's I've read give no indication. Is this something I should check?

That's weird since it's the Wind God's aria that causes him to join you . . . Did you talk to the big tree guy before finding Makar? (I also assume you finished the Earth Temple which I think you need to do first.)

I didn't speak to the tree again. Yes, I solved the Earth temple first. Very frustrating.
