Wow - I disagree with all 10 of those (except #5, which I can't really argue since, well, it's a fact, but the fact that it happened didn't bother me at all). I don't know what people expected out of this movie, but it seems like all the people that disliked it wanted something smack in the middle of the Schumacher style and the Nolan style of Batman movies.
