Major Computer problem, I'm an Idiot!

Can anyone help me out with pointless computer problem. Here it goes; I Have Windows XP Nvidia GF FX 5500 So I go to Contol panel, Device Manerger, Display Adapters, And my Nvidia GF FX 5500 has A Yellow Triangle with an ! (That's bad) It says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I Have tried everything from Un installing to Re downlownding Drivers, EVERYTHING.

What do I do fine people?

Have you tried unplugging everything and taking the card out for a minute and then putting it back in. Could not be seated correctly.
