I seem to remember reading somewhere that ADM's edition used the new remastered DVD of the TV cut as source, while Fanfilration used the old release. I've only seen the adm edit, so I can't say myself, but since you said you are uing Fanfiltration's edit as base for yours, you may want to look into that.
