how to make a black and white movie that has been color tinted on dvd black and white again

i know this sounds strange but i know of a dvd that was fan produced called rocketship starring larry buster crabbe as flash gordon, this is the best quality copy available. but it has been colorized what software can reverse this?

By the way this movie is in the public domain.

Any software can do this for the most part. You just put on a black and white filter and voila.
